About

“Stay playful” is my guiding principle—it reminds me to be flexible and responsive when new information shifts direction. It reflects my approach to design: committed, collaborative, and relentlessly curious.

I build content experiences that guide users and drives engagement.

I've worked at two dynamic startups—Found, a fintech focused on making self-employment easier, and Front, a SaaS built to revolutionize customer communications. At Found, I drove content development across their all-in-one banking solution, tackling some of the trickiest financial tasks facing the self-employed, like paying quarterly taxes, tracking write-offs, and budgeting for future growth.

Now I'm scaling up to enterprise-level challenges at Best Buy, working on enhancing search experiences for millions of customers with AI through a contract role.

I specialize in content design and UX strategy, partnering with product teams to create intuitive experiences that turn understanding into action. I'm particularly passionate about working with ML teams to apply AI capabilities in ways that add genuine value to user experiences—creating delightful, useful interactions that solve real problems rather than introducing frustration. I work closely with product, research, and engineering teams to ensure AI outputs support both user goals and business objectives.

I live in Vermont with my husband and two kids, where outdoor activities are part of daily life. Depending on the season, you'll find me riding the area's gravel roads, skiing, or chasing the perfect pickleball dink.
